CityReport.io offers self-service account deletion for resident accounts. You can start the deletion flow from inside the mobile app or from the web app while signed in.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Your login account and saved profile information are removed.
Your resident notification preferences and saved push tokens are removed.
Historical report records may be retained for municipal accountability, audit, and service-history purposes.
When those historical records are retained, identifying resident fields are scrubbed or anonymized.

Organization Staff Accounts

If your account is tied to municipal or organizational staff access, self-service deletion may be blocked until role ownership is reassigned. In that case, contact cityreport.io@gmail.com.

If you cannot access your account but still need deletion assistance, email cityreport.io@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and include Account Deletion Request in the subject line.
