CityReport.io offers self-service account deletion for resident accounts. You can start the deletion flow from inside the mobile app or from the web app while signed in.
Use the form below to sign in and permanently delete your resident account. Organization staff accounts may be blocked from self-service deletion until access is reassigned.
If your account is tied to municipal or organizational staff access, self-service deletion may be blocked until role ownership is reassigned. In that case, contact cityreport.io@gmail.com.
If you cannot access your account but still need deletion assistance, email
cityreport.io@gmail.com from the email address associated with your
account and include Account Deletion Request in the subject line.
